  • I just wanted to remind you that in one week's time you'll probably be adjusting your clocks.

  • At least most of us will be.

  • And so you'll want to start prepping your little ones.

  • Move forward those clocks, So if you normally put your little one to bed at six o'clock, it's gonna feel like five o'clock to them when six o'clock rolls around.

  • Or if you're used to putting your little ones to bed at eight o'clock, it's gonna feel like seven o'clock to them.

  • So I would encourage you this next week to put them to bed a little bit early each night, each night each night and then by next Sunday they'll be adjusted.

  • So when it's seven o'clock, it will feel like seven to them.

  • Now, Spring forward is the best time for parents because then on the flip side in the morning, when usually they're waking up at seven and now they're gonna be waking up at a M, Or if your little one usually wakes up at four or five, they're gonna be waking up at five in six.
