Thank you very much. 00:00:57.010 --> 00:01:1.950 Okay, let's get straight into those second interview questions and answers. 00:01:1.950 --> 00:01:4.550 So the first question that your second interview. 00:01:5.240 --> 00:01:9.200 Why should we give the job to you and not the other candidates? 00:01:9.290 --> 00:01:17.970 So why should we give the job to you are not the other candidates and the truth is they will have whittled down a number of people to interview the second interview, a new form.

Part of that.

So you'll be probably a small group of people that they will be interviewed and they want to know what makes you stand out.

So here's my great top scoring answer to these questions.

Firstly, I believe I have the relevant skills, qualities and attributes to perform this job to a very high standard.

Now, during my research since the first interview, I spent more time analyzing the job description.

And I feel it is a strong match for not only my own skills and experience, but also in respect of my ability to deliver outstanding levels of service to your customers and your clients. 00:01:50.950 --> 00:02:4.590 Now, from what I can tell, having read the job advert, you're looking for someone who is determined, reliable, trustworthy, professional on conscientious, and I'm all of those things and I will be ableto fit in your team seamlessly within the organization. 00:02:4.600 --> 00:02:13.490 Finally, I don't need much supervision, and I will learn the road quickly, which means I can start making a positive impact as soon as I get started in the road.

So that's positive.

There's lots of positive, positive key words and phrases in there.

It's hard hitting on.

If you said that to me during that first interview question of your second interview, I would be extremely impressed.

And I've I've interviewed lots of people over the years, and this would make me sit up and listen to you and think this is the person that I want to hire.

Next question.

Why do you want to work for our company now?

Of course, you could have been our system the first interview, But we need to really go into detail why you want to work for their company.

And this is how I recommend you.

Structure your answer.

Here we go.

I want to work for your company because you are clearly innovative.

You are creative Onda leader Within the industry you have a brilliant reputation on. 00:02:57.540 --> 00:03:1.550 I feel I will be supported within this role to be the best I can be. 00:03:1.810 --> 00:03:10.370 I'm looking for a long term employment with a company that has exciting plans for the future ahead, and I've been researched you extensively.

I would feel very proud to say that I am an employee of yours.

If I'm successful at the second interview today, it's another really strong answer to that question, and I've highlighted there in bold black all off the key words and phrases that I think you should get in to your response to make it stand out.

Let's move on to the next question.

Which part of the job do you think you'll find the most challenging?

Now this assesses your understanding of what the role will involve.

Now, what you don't want to say here is I'm not gonna have any problem with any element of it whatsoever.

Of course, we all go into new jobs, and there are some bits that we find more challenging.

So this is saying to you, which bit will you find The most?

Challenging said.

This is my top scoring answer to this question.

Here we go. 00:04:0.060 --> 00:04:7.950 I think the most challenging aspect for me will be in the early days where I need to quickly learn the role in the fastest time possible. 00:04:8.040 --> 00:04:16.660 I have looked at the person specification for this job, but I'm confident I have the necessary skills and experience to perform it to the high standards needed.

So I feel the most challenging aspect will be literally learning the role in superfast time to make sure I am up to speed quickly.

And I can then start making a positive contribution towards a team, so that doesn't give them any aspect of your character or your interpersonal skills that are a problem.

You just say you want to get in there and learned a rolling superfast time so you can start contributing.

So that's the challenge that you have that you've set yourself really good answer to that question.

Now, next one, What would you do if we gave the position to you?

And then after a few weeks of starting, you realize the job wasn't for you?

This is a tough interview question.

Let me just repeat that.

What would you do if we gave the job to you. 00:04:59.630 --> 00:05:2.820 And then a few weeks after starting, you realized it wasn't for you. 00:05:3.120 --> 00:05:7.370 Well, we need to answer these positively because it's quite a negative question. 00:05:7.540 --> 00:05:10.930 So we want to turn it around positively to say this isn't gonna happen.

And these are the reasons why I say is my suggested answer.

To be honest, I do not envisage that happening for the simple reason I've studied the job ever studied the job description of the person specification in detail on the competence and skills needed to do the job or a clear much for my own.

Furthermore, I spent quite a bit of time looking into your company.

You're different products, and your service is, and you're clearly a great company to work for who takes pride in everything you do.

I believe that I'm successful interview.

I will love working for you, and you'll be really happy with my positive attitude on my strong work ethics.

So again, I have highlighted in bold black the different key words and phrases that you need to include in my opinion, in your answer, to answer that question.

We're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact within this world.

How are you going to do that?

Is my answer to that question.

I would follow a three stage plan that would ensure I would make an immediate and positive impact.

Firstly, I would get a clear brief from my supervisor or manager on what it is I need to do to the correct standard.

Secondly, I would learn as much about your products and service is so I have a thorough knowledge of what they are and how they benefit your customers. 00:06:55.380 --> 00:07:6.350 Finally, I would put in the extra hours needed each day to become fully competent in the role in the quickest time possible so I can start making a quick and immediate impact. 00:07:6.500 --> 00:07:15.130 Now, in addition to my three stage plan, I would also seek to get to know my work colleagues well, so I could start making a positive contribution to the team quickly.

So another great answer on again, off highlighted in bold black.

What's your biggest weakness?

So this is a real common wondering, which will be asked during your second interview.

Okay, so here's my answer.

My biggest weakness is that I find it hard saying no at times, and then I end up taking on a lot of work.

Now, whilst this is obviously a positive ring from an employer's perspective, I'm learning to make sure I complete all jobs and tasks successfully first before taking on additional work on projects.

Having said that, one of my main strength is that I am a fast and accurate worker so any work I'm given all that you put my way, we'll get completed on time and to a very high standard. 00:07:55.220 --> 00:08:0.260 That's turning your proposed weakness into a strength. 00:08:0.350 --> 00:08:3.420 And you're saying, actually, my weaknesses have taken too much work. 00:08:3.430 --> 00:08:4.500 You said that to me. 00:08:4.760 --> 00:08:13.630 As an employer, I'd be like, Well, I'm interested in taking his personal because there they're the type of person who will take on a load of work, which would be music to my ears.
