29 Some people of a higher risk for serious complications from the flu, including the elderly, Children under the age of five pregnant women and those with chronic health problems. 30 If this is you, make sure you see a doctor. 31 If you're healthy, older child or adult, watch out for sudden dizziness, severe persistent vomiting, difficulty breathing pain or pressure in the Chester abdomen and flu like symptoms that improve them returned with a fever or worse. 32 Cough trivia. 33 Which of these nations is located on the eastern side of the South China Sea. 34 Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines For Malaysia, a tough question. 35 But it's the Philippines whose capital is Manila that's located east of the South China Sea. 36 A state of emergency has been declared near that capital because of a recent eruption at the tall volcano. 37 It's not the most active one in the Philippines, but vulcanologists say tall is very dangerous because it's erupted in the past and because it's located near populated areas. 38 The United Nations estimates that more than 450,000 people live in the volcano's danger zone. 39 The state of emergency means schools are closed so they, along with local convents, can be used as shelters. 40 Government offices are also closed, and flights have been canceled because volcanic ash can melt inside jet engines and badly damaged them. 41 After more than 40 years of relative peace and quiet, tall volcano, one of the smallest in the world, started making a whole lot of noise. 42 We were afraid, and in a panic we're thinking of how we can save our lives. 43 It all started Sunday afternoon about 60 kilometers south of the Philippine capital of Manila. 44 Ah, violent eruption, sending steam ash in rock roughly 15 kilometers into the sky, raining down on the roughly 25 million people like Noel Suarez living below a guy. 45 And I mean, it's difficult to get food because it's difficult to move. 46 We can't use the vehicle since its money, and we can't even clean it. 47 Since there's no water, almost everything is a problem now and then you have the volcano spewing again. 48 And after nearly 150 small earthquakes, Philippine officials believe it's going to get worse before it gets better. 49 Nearly half a 1,000,000 residents have been ordered to evacuate immediately, believing another, much larger eruption and possible tsunami could be imminent. 50 Real hazard is that it has the potential for explosions. 51 That's vulcanologist Eric committee. 52 He says that despite calls small stature, it's one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world. 53 Ah volcano, with the deadly past claiming more than 1300 lives in 1911 in another 190 in 1965 for the people living nearby, the combination of explosions and a large population can really are the things that vulcanologists really hope, don't get combined, a combination that could be fatal and has already proven to be destructive. 54 Well, that region probably isn't the best vacation destination, at least until the volcano combs down. 55 This is one time of year when folks make plans to travel for spring break, summer break, spring wedding, summer wedding, ski vacations, beach vacations or just to get away. 56 CNN recently sat down with travel experts Samantha Brown, who's been talking travel on TV for 20 years. 57 I have been traveling as a career now for 20 years. 58 Being stressed about time is the worst thing you can. 59 D'oh! 60 And the way to take away 90% of your stress is to get there in time. 61 And by that I mean I always base my arrival to the airport on the boarding time of my flight, not the departure time. 62 Just this year alone, I have been on 45 flights through 88 airports, checked in and out of 32 hotels. 63 Hello, you two. 64 See you. 65 Oh, gosh. 66 I want everything. 67 The best thing you can do to connect with locals. 68 And if you were in another country, the most important words to know in that language are Hello, please. 69 And thank you. 70 That is it. 71 I always try to know how to say, May I? 72 Please have Because I feel like his travelers, where consumers were always asking for things. 73 We always need something, whether it's a bathroom or like a really good flaky with song. 74 And so if I know how to say that the most polite form that makes the connection right there, I think I'm gonna have you know, I wanted to try your tuna melt on the park slope. 75 Sour dough, please. 76 I think one piece of advice that I could give everyone when vacations turned back or when you arrive somewhere. 77 And it wasn't. 78 Your expectation is that you need to take a moment three and adapt travels. 79 Purpose is never to be perfect. 80 Way are creatures of were now out of our half or out of our daily rituals. 81 Let that sink in and don't judge a situation immediately. 82 But you should never, ever cancel your vacation to go home. 83 You have to stick with it. 84 Absolutely did. 85 Just canceling it is the worst thing you could do. 86 Oh, thank you. 87 So much. 88 So I love places like this, just the small local cafes. 89 I come here probably every other day when I'm home, and it's actually one of my biggest travel tips that I give people. 90 If you weren't a place for more than 234 days, create a ritual, go to the same cafe every single day. 91 And then if I have any sort of courage, I can just turn to someone and say, Hey, where should I have dinner? 92 What should I do next? 93 So it's just kind of starting a conversation, being in a local place and then relying on locals taking to the next step, thinking with our travel theme. 94 If you've ever been on a ship or fairy in the open sea, you might have spotted dolphins swimming alongside. 95 So did some firefighters fromthe Naples, Florida Fire Rescue Department. 96 Last week, they posted this video on their Facebook page and called it Dolphins came to play. 97 One fireman described the scene as a perk of having the best job in the world in the beautiful city of Naples. 98 Hashtag blessed. 99 It's no fish story, and it's no tall tale. 100 Thanks to their newfound fame, the Dolphins got the very own Finn club, and it's no fluke. 101 It's open so many door Sal's, and if they use their melons, you can expect them to be beat to flex their pectoral flippers once more up Carla zoos. 102 And that is CNN 10. 103 The students of Rotello Middle School knew all about it. 104 It's great to see you guys in BA Teva, Illinois, and thanks for subscribing and commenting on yesterday's show at youtube dot com slash CNN.
