I have been selling real estate in this area for 36 years, and one thing I really believe is that people have a visceral reaction when they walk into a home.

The fact that from the front door you see into the backyard, I love the mill work.

I love the curved archways, and I love the possibility of the gardens that we've been able to develop in the back.

You know, it's one of those houses that give back to you when you give to it.

So it's been a great experience.
