  • Hey, I'm Olivia Munn, and this is everything I do in a day.

  • My home base is Los Angeles, California.

  • I usually wake up around eight or nine if I don't have to work.

  • And if I'm working for some reason My call times always like 5 a.m. Whatever time supposed to be up, I have that set in, like, five and 10 15 minutes after that.

  • I'm Susan.

  • I started negotiate with myself.

  • Like what?

  • Things I won't do.

  • Look a little like I won't make myself exile.

  • Just eat that banana are all just okay.

  • Well, I'm not gonna look for cute often.

  • I'll just put on what I have last night.

  • Fine.

  • Like, I start to give myself, you know, some more time by giving up things that, like would actually be good for me during the day.

  • My older daughter Chance.

  • Not older.

  • He's gonna be five, but he gets up right now early, and he starts going doing this and he just goes and he walks me to the kitchen and he looks at this Food looks at us like this, and he looks at me.

  • This food looks at me and that goes on for about 2 to 3 minutes, and then I bring him back to bed and then we just do the dance over and over because I'm trying to train him not to boss me around.

  • But let's just be really causes me around.

  • I start with celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach, and 30 minutes later I will have my avocado and my hard boiled eggs.

  • I work out morning, but morning to me is like 10 11.

  • My favorite workout to do is taekwondo.

  • Why do active stretching in the beginning?

  • And then I start to go into different combinations of kicking and punching and then for work at the very end.

  • My shower routine in the morning is pretty simple.

  • I first put my hair up in a bun because I cannot get it wet.

  • It has to be washing night or just takes too long to dry.

  • So I, you know, based wash face grab.

  • I do an exfoliant every day.

  • I'm probably in the shower in the morning, like 57 minutes.

  • I have a pair of jeans that I have three up and I just grab those.

  • They're like these black made well chains, and I have these flannels, just old flannel that I get from vintage doors, and they're just oversized and big.

  • And I just put those on.

  • And then I just put a non issue that I could just slide on.

  • And that's basically all I where my makeup routine in the morning depends on where I'm going or what I'm doing.

  • I got a facial steamer recently, and that adds a lot of moisture to my face.

  • And then I do a face oil on my skin, and then I will start to go through the whole process of, you know, I shadow based concealer, bronzer, highlighter, all of that.

  • When I do my makeup, I have to bring it into my living room and sit down on the coffee table and watch TV put on like the planet Earth's Blue Planet.

  • And all of those is just really it's great to have.

  • It's really interesting, but it's not too distracting.

  • I don't know how long it would take me to do it if I was just doing it, but it normally takes me like maybe our guy was rushing through it 45 minutes on a normal day.

  • I'm reading scripts and writing with my writing partner as well.

  • Lunch is probably around one or 2 a.m. E started making these chicken turkey meatballs with onion and garlic and just that, then also a really big salad of arugula and spinach and green beans, chopped up and sunflower seeds and apple cider vinegar with olive oil and kosher salt and cucumbers.

  • I probably do my errands before 4 p.m. Because you don't want to get stuck in that for 35 to 7 traffic in L.

  • A.

  • In the only place I do like going is bed bath and beyond.

  • And that's because I collect those 20% off coupons like they are gold.

  • 20% off is a lot like a mixer for $300.

  • That's 60 bucks off like that's pretty exciting for me.

  • So that's That's the journey that I will take when I get home.

  • My little pups, Frankie and Chance they greet me.

  • I'm to dinner and a girl.

  • I like Tiki around six and then again, like nine or 10 and I really don't like the people who say it's bad to eat late at night because That's a great way to, like, wind down and like, hang out.

  • I have this Thai food restaurant that's by my house, and it is the best Thai food.

  • I have friends from Thailand who have come over and they have had that type of.

  • They're like this is like we're back home.

  • I mean, I know literally what I have actually over order, but it's Thai food you can put in the fridge.

  • You can reheat it after I eat.

  • I wanted Thio wind down, Relax.

  • I'm just hanging out with my dogs and taking them on it like a nice little nighttime walk and spend a lot of my time with them whenever I can.

  • I'm a big game person all the time.

  • I'm not kidding when I tell you that I could play Monopoly deal for board of six hours.

  • I probably get into bed about one and then have a whole new Virginia kind of starts.

  • Then I'm putting something on the TV.

  • I'm reading a book.

  • I'm you know, that's probably there's any time when I'm on my phone.

  • It's literally run one or 2 a.m. Because I'm just trying everything I can to not go to sleep.

  • I have very specific dreams.

  • The ones that are recurring are I'm about to graduate college, but oh, no.

  • You never went to that math class.

  • You never went one day and you're flunking and you can't graduate that what happens a lot, weirdly Another one that I've had since I was little little girl was just flying and being chased.

  • But the way that I fly in my dream is like the way that they fly in Mario Brothers.

  • So I have to run and get a running start and then jump up and then I can soar.

  • And then when I start to go down, I have to kind of pick yourself back up.

  • That coincides with, like, a chasing dreams as well.

Hey, I'm Olivia Munn, and this is everything I do in a day.
